Minimum Order :
$$150.00 USD All orders placed
under these minimum values will be subject to approval. Gloves must be ordered in quantities of 3; aprons, mitts and totes in quantities of 1.
The Bonjour can be ordered in a starter kit or open stock of 3's. |

Backorders :
Items will only be placed on backorder if specifically stated on the purchase order, or if the rep, or customer calls to request backorders. Freight will be charged to all Backorders. |

Payment :
All customers will be required to use a credit card or COD (cashier's check only) for their first order. The credit card will
be held on file for past due invoices.
All customers who submit and meet Grandway Honduras credit guidelines will receive Net 30 terms. Payments 30 days past due will be paid via the credit card on file. |

Shipping :
FOB Draper, UT 84020. Best way if not stated. Orders will ship within 3-4 business days based on availability. |

Returns :
Report all claims within 10 days of receipt of goods. Items returned for credit must be approved by seller and returned
un-opened and freight prepaid. A restocking fee of 20% may apply.
